Rob Henry has acquired extensive managerial and development experience during his 35+ year professional career. Currently, he serves as the Vice President of Development, Culture and Talent for CASE. In this role he provides overall global strategy for achieving CASE’s vision related to diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging, human resource and talent management. In 2022 he launched the OIC: Opportunity and Inclusion Center. He also served as the Vice President of Education and provided strategy for educational programs (Conferences, Research, CASE library, Diversity/Inclusion Student Advancement) and Executive Director of Emerging Constituencies at CASE.

Prior to joining CASE he served as the Director of individual giving at Yale University, Assistant Vice President, University of Connecticut Foundation, and multiple roles at Michigan State University. He has taught in global markets such as Africa, Europe, Australia, and South America.

He was awarded the CASE Crystal Apple for teaching excellence in 2006. He holds a bachelor's degree in speech communication from Murray State University and a master's degree in communication from Eastern Michigan University where he is member of the Eastern Michigan University Foundation Board of Trustees.
